This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Ergonn Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides refunds for services offered through ergonlabs.city (the “Site”).

1. Nature of Services

Ergon Labs provides professional services (such as consulting, design, development, or related offerings). Due to the customized and time-based nature of these services, refunds are limited.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet commenced
  • A cancellation request is made within 72 hours of payment
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal constraints

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced or been delivered (partially or fully)
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not outlined in the original scope

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • If a project is terminated midway
  • Based on the proportion of work completed
  • After deducting costs incurred (time, resources, third-party tools, etc.)

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize resolving concerns through revisions or adjustments where possible, as per the agreed project scope.

6. Cancellations

All requests must include:

  • Project details
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Relevant communication or agreement references
